Huyaanan; San Isidro’s Pride

“HUYA’ANAN”  a Mandayan word, means a place to live in. Huya’anan  a home away from home is one of San Isidro’s pride; has  a 10 fully air-conditioned rooms casually elegant and boasts of  modern amenities. Huya’anan is a government owned hotel, managed by the local government and one of the income-generating projects of the Municipality of San Isidro, Davao Oriental.

Through the initiative of Mayor Justina MB. Yu to the Local Government of San Isidro built Huya’anan Hotel located at the Government Center, Barangay Batobato, San Isidro, Davao Oriental. Being a 3rd class municipality the Local Government envisions that San Isidro will soon become a prosperous town in the province. The Mayor emphasizes that she wants not only would guests enjoy Huya’anan Hotel, so that the people of San Isidro will also experience enjoyable stay in a hotel with modern amenities.

Being the gateway to Mount Hamiguitan Range Wildlife Sanctuary, a UNESCO’s, World Heritage Site and ASEAN HERITAGE PARK, both the 1st in Mindanao and 6th in the country. Huya’anan Hotel ensures excellent accommodation to guests and tourists both local and foreign. However, the Municipality of San Isidro is known to its Homestay Accommodation with Bed and Breakfast Program in which Mayor Tina Yu also endorses in accredited family homes.
